Active Collaborations between Sisarv & Erfan Grand Hospital
The Client in Brief:
Erfan started out in 2007 as a private hospital, providing advanced medical services to patients. The presence of prominent professors, experienced doctors, and committed staff made it one of the best Iranian private hospitals. In order to provide their services to international patients, they have added 3 additional languages to their website: English, Azerbaijani and Arabic. They have also established a telemedicine-unit to treat foreign patients.
The Objective in Brief:
We started by working on a strategic plan to evaluate what the hospital needs to attract foreign patients while working on effective communications by designing multilingual website. Our creative team also worked on all textual and visual content of the website, such as photography and video production, editing and mastering. By communicating Erfan through social media and online public relations, we increased brand awareness on a domestic and international scale. We additionally worked on offline content to provide patients with hands-on information on its services and treatments.
